This information is important to everyday people because it directly affects those that have children in one of these childcare settings. The proposed rule changes will affect the care and operational procedures of their child's day care or preschool. Parents need to know what is going on so that they can hold management accountable and to make sure that they are in compliance with Bright From the Start.
