Summary: Shawn and Gus pair up with college students filming a documentary on Bigfoot in the woods.

Show opens with a guy, Chavo, setting up a camera around a campsite before going to record a woman, Kate, talk to the video about Bigfoot. There is a noise and Shawn and Gus show up. Gus learns that he was tricked by Shawn to help Kate and Chavo to find Bigfoot. Kate shows Gus and Shawn the food. Shawn tells Gus that he wanted to do this to try and get the student academy award for making a documentary about a documentary about finding Bigfoot that fails.
They arrive at the food location. Shawn asks about Kate’s relationship with Chavo. She says she lives life to the fullest. They hear a noise and a creature is walking by. Gus threatens Shawn’s life if something were to happen to him.
Shawn thinks that Chavo dressed in costume for the video. Kate tells them that she thinks that they need to get closer. Shawn wants to go back to camp and get Chavo. When they get to the camp, Chavo comes running after saying hearing a noise. Kate tells Chavo how turn on she is and she takes Chavo away. Shawn uses this time to look through Kate’s/Chavo’s tent.
The group sits back to where they were when they saw the creature. Chavo leaves to go to the bathroom and Shawn/Gus follow him. They catch Chavo going to the bathroom. Shawn tells Gus to turn his phone so that he gets rid of the black bars. They hear Kate scream and they go back to her. She tells them that someone saw her before the creature comes out and starts chasing after them. While running, Gus trips and falls down a hole. In the whole they discover three dead bodies.
Kate is putting a band-aid on Gus and she starts flirting with him. Chavo says this is good because they can just stake out the whole until Bigfoot returns. They hear a note when Juliet and Lassie arrive. They had got a call about Gus’s car abandoned and they thought Gus/Shawn were in trouble. Lassiter gets mad and wants to give Shawn a flesh womb.
Shawn takes Lassiter/Juliet to the whole an the bodies are gone. Lassiter says it was all just a ploy by Kate/Chavo. Juliet thinks Shawn and Gus are right and Lassiter gets mad at her. Shawn sees dragging marks and they follow it. Lassiter steps on a bear claw and falls into the river. Juliet thinks quick and runs down a little further and kicks down a weak tree for him to grab on to. While filming it, Shawn’s camera gets taken by a hawk and then dropped, but luckily Lassiter catches it.
Out of the water, Juliet covers up Lassiter’s ankle. Juliet says they should create camp there with the river behind them. They will create a fire and next day, Juliet will go and get help. Lassiter offers to keep first watch.
That night, Shawn compliments Juliet’s ruggedness. Chavo notices that Gus’s tracker is no longer there and they realize he got got rid of it. There is a hawk flying around.
Lassiter is talking to the camera. He talks about he’s not a hero and that he’s lost a lot of blood. At camp, Kate and Chavo start singing. Shawn/Gus join in. Lassiter starts apologizing and saying good-byes. Juliet comes over and tells them to stop singing. Lassiter tells the camera that Juliet was the best partner before passing out. A creature comes and picks up Lassiter and takes him away.
The group finds Lassiter’s camera and see the footage. Shawn offers a tribute to him. Juliet tells them to stop and then they are going to find them. Gus come and tells them that he smells BBQ. Juliet follows Gus and the group follows, but Shawn thinks it’s not the smartest idea.
They find the source of the fire and BBQ. Juliet leads the way to the fire. They find Lassiter’s clothes and something burning over a rotisserie but Juliet won’t believe it. They go a little further and find a house. Juliet busts inside and find Lassiter in the chair. A man busts in and says he’s unarmed. Juliet asks about the man. He is Big Ed Dixon. Lassiter says that Ed took care of him. They ask him about what he’s doing in the woods. He says he just was tired of humanity. Juliet brings up the three bodies. He says he didn’t do it. Shawn sees that Gus had some of the meat while they thought it was Lassiter.
After eating, Juliet wonders where Shawn disappeared to. He finds a box.
Gus doesn’t believe that Ed doesn’t know anything about the bodies.
Shawn sees that he was married and that he won the Purple Heart. Plus he finds something. Shawn calls the guys in and finds wallets for two mobsters. The 3rd victim was a female with a dragon tattoo. Juliet knows it from a hooker that she’s arrested a few times. They think that Ed killed the victims and they go to make a run for it when Ed pops into the house. Lassiter says they are going to take him in, but Ed replies by saying they won’t make it out of the woods alive before falling dead with an axe in his back.
Juliet says that Ed’s still alive, but gonna die. They think that the Serbs are the one that killed them. Shawn realizes that the Serbs have been watching Kate/Chavo’s blog. Juliet says that they need to stand up and fight against the Serbs.
Chavo follows Juliet as she sets up something outside. They meet up and Juliet tells them to wait with Lassiter and she will watch outside in the front yard. There is a gun shot and Chavo gets hit. Kate grabs the camera and tries to take footage but she gets shot. Shawn wonders where Juliet is. The Serbs show up and Juliet takes one out with a crossbow. Shawn and Gus go inside.
The Serbs shoot at the house. Lassiter shoots the Serb who is approaching Kate/Chavo. Juliet takes out another guy so that she could go to Kate/Chavo. There is a gun shot and Juliet runs inside. Lassiter has been shot. The Serb approaches Shawn/Gus and Ed takes out the Serb. Juliet comes busting in and goes over to Lassiter to make sure he’s all right.
Gus and Shawn say good-bye to Ed. Ed moves and Gus steps on his hand. He asks Gus to pull out the axe but Gus says to wait for a medic.
There is music playing as the scene is cleaned p. Juliet is leading the charge.
It’s the end of the documentary. They talk about it. Shawn sys that Ed will be fine. Lassiter brings up how well Juliet did. Kate starts flirting with Henry and Chief dismisses everyone. Gus starts getting mad at Shawn with the titles Shawn gave him.
Next week: Henry gets in trouble south of the border and Juliet and Shawn go to try and help him.
