"Psych" is ready to return to Channel 28 in Tempe with its seventh season. On Wednesday, Feb. 13, Buddy TV shared the photos released for "Psych" episode 7.01 titled "Santabarbaratown 2." Shawn and Gus will be on a mission to find the shooter who shot Shawn's dad. He was shot in the season six finale of the series. The new photos tease their search. TV Guide also shared new details for the seventh season on Tuesday. The site revealed the following about the upcoming season on the romance front for Shawn and Gus:
"Relationship troubles abound! Look for Shawn to be majorly uncomfortable when Juliet is forced to go on a number of dates for an undercover case she's working. (Making matters worse, she's dating mature, successful guys while Shawn is home sitting on his parents' couch!) Elsewhere, Gus' new relationship might be over before it starts once Shawn becomes convinced that she's a serial killer."
Fans are buzzing about the return of this series on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
