Pseudogod and Wrathprayer to perform two Texas shows in May

With the self-imposed demise of Timmy Hefner's Chaos in Tejas festival, Texans might be wondering how they will catch some of the bands that usually only appear at Maryland Death Fest before disappearing back across the pond to Old World. Fortunately, the good folks at Last Nightmare Productions have come up with a highly desirable solution in the form of a double bill featuring Russia's own Pseudogod and Chile's black/death interlopers Wrathprayer.

This will be the first-ever US excursion for both bands, and the deal gets even sweeter for us with shows announced in both Austin and Houston. Fellow Chileans Diabolical Messiah and newcomers Sacrocurse (featuring Zolrak of Texas' own Nodens and metal shirt vending fame) round out the bill in what is guaranteed to be the underground outing of the summer.

Chicago, Oakland, and New York will also get a taste of the action, but once again the Lone Star State is the place to be if you want a double dose of death and darkness. More details about venues and locations will be announced soon, so start your ritualized self-injury now!
