Psalm 1 states clearly: 'Blessed the man who follows not the counsel of the wicked, nor walks in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers, but delights in the law of the LORD and meditates on his law day and night.'
King David didn't have to wait long, in his Holy Spirit inspired Psalter (he had to say it boldly in Psalm 1!), to state the danger of associating with wicked, evil scoffers! If American Catholics had only to worry about meeting wicked, evil scoffers on the road, or in the pubic square, their opportunity for temptation would be extremely minimal.

'The Spirit of Vatican II' is the leitmotif of the secular-progressive-baptized-Catholic! One ox of an oxymoron! It is the banner of those who delight, not in the law of the LORD, but in those who delight in the inventions of man and his delectable cafeteria! It is the prime motive of liturgical abuse and destruction, catechetical hijacking in demythologization and radical feminism, hierarchical and liturgical ecclesiology infected with homosexuality and the culture of death. It's children, far from the children of Light, are more like the 'children of the corn,' voting for politicians who espouse abortion and gay marriage!

To make matters worse, wicked, evil scoffers--baptized in the Church--run our nation!
Like Adolf Hitler, in the 1930's, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Kathleen Sebelius, to name a few, are baptized Catholics radically against everything truly Catholic! Numerous religious women (nuns and sisters), moreover, have 'come out' in support of the Obama administration, an administration enforcing religious persecution through a 'health' mandate! And our Catholic Bishops, the successors to the apostles, have supportively jumped (like charmed school girls at the entrance of a 'hunk rock star') when President Obama proposes amnesty for illegal, and criminally entering, aliens.

The abortion mills keep churning, the big government furnace keeps burning, but where does the delight in the law of the LORD keep yearning?
Those of us American Catholics bold enough to notice the walking and quacking of the socialist duck in charge, are labeled as prejudice and narrow minded bigots! We have been outed by the media, by Hollywood, by our own government, and to a certain degree, by our Church! Don't count on the majority of pastors and priests to make fiery, brave anti-Obama sermons come August, when the proverbial crap hits the (HHS mandate versus the Church) fan!
