A few days ago, it was found that Sony is looking to release their next generation system, which is referred to as the PS4, with a newly redesigned controller. It has been stated that the dimensions of this controller will remain similar to the current DualShock design that is present with the PS3, but it will feature a few additional functions.
It has been stated that Sony will include a touchpad and a share button with the redesigned controller for the PS4. Today, with the help of Kotaku, we discovered a few fan-made concept images of what the redesigned controller for the PS4 may look like if it is released with these features.
As can be seen in the slideshow above, NeoGAF members have created a few concept controllers that feature the referenced share button and touchpad that will be present on the redesigned controller for the PS4. It is currently speculated that Sony will be revealing the PS4 at the upcoming PlayStation event that is scheduled to take place on Feb. 20.
