PS4 and Xbox 720 graphics further compared; Sony and Microsoft’s plans hinted (Photos)

Another comparison has popped up in regards to the upcoming PS4 and Xbox 720 next-generation systems. According to an analysis breakdown report by Eurogamer, the PS4 has a “tighter, more powerful, more games-focused design” compared to the Xbox 720. The website also projected that the 8GB of GDDR3 RAM means that Microsoft’s new console will go “beyond gaming” to a “next-gen media centre.” You can check out some concept images of both systems in the slideshow at the top of this article.

The specs designs of the PS4 and Xbox 720 hint that Sony will cater more to video games while Microsoft is focusing on the multimedia side of their console.

Both systems are most likely coming out in North America sometime near the end of this year. Sony will probably unveil the PS4 during their Playstation Meeting event that is taking place on Feb. 20. Microsoft should also be doing the same for the Xbox 720 in the near future.
