PS4 and Xbox 720 ‘Crysis’ trilogy re-release discussed by ‘Crysis 3’ producer (Photos)

Michael Read has commented about the possibility of a re-release of the “Crysis” series for the upcoming PS4 and Xbox 720. According to a report form the NeoGAF forum on Feb. 9, the producer of “Crysis 3” revealed that they currently have nothing going on internally in regards to a potential re-release. However, he believed they will consider it if there were enough demand for the trilogy appearing on the next-generation systems. You can check out some screens from the latest video game in the “Crysis” series, as well as some concept images of the PS4 and Xbox 720, in the slideshow at the top of this article and the comments from Michael Read below (courtesy of the NeoGAF forum):

It would be a cool idea to see something like that. I haven't heard anything about that internally, but I have had a lot of people asking about that. I think if enough people are crying out and going, 'Hey, let's see something', then, you know, that may just end up being awesome.

Crysis 3” is currently slated to come out for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 gaming systems in North America on Feb. 19. You can pre-order the first-person shooter in the following link: “Crysis 3”

Sony and Microsoft should be launching the PS4 and Xbox 720 next-generation systems in North America before the start of 2014.
