It wouldn't be a major convention without a leak of some surprise announcement and it looks like Sony and the Playstation 3 are on the receiving end of a CES leak that shows a video editor for the Playstation 3 called PlayMemories Studio.
The blurry cellphone camera photos of the PS3 app hit Engadget earlier today showing the family friendy video editor being used to apply a slow-motion effect to a video of a family playing Jenga.
According to a trademark filing for PlayMemories Studio, it is "computer software for viewing, organizing and editing digital photos and videos." There's even a Facebook page up for the PS3 app already but it is currently empty.
We'll find out more about the PlayMemories Studios app when CES kicks off on Tuesday.
