On Friday morning, Bethesda shared good news for those wondering when “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” for PS3 will be receiving the three “Skyrim” downloadable expansions. Promised to see release in February, it seems that Bethesda will be able to keep their promise.
Today, Bethesda’s Pete Hines shared on Twitter that “Skyrim” PS3 update 1.8 and all three expansions for the PS3 of “Skyrim” have passed certification with Sony Computer Entertainment America.
In addition to this information, Bethesda shared the official release dates for each expansion:
Dragonborn releases Tuesday, February, 12
Hearthfire releases Tuesday, February, 19
Dawnguard releases Tuesday, February, 26
Each downloadable expansion will be 50% off during its first week, so it’s best to buy them as quickly as possible. Hines detailed the sale and full prices in more detail, the full Twitter comment reads:
Reg. price is $20 for DB and DG, $5 for HF. First week of release, each will be 50% off. So $10 for DB/DG and $2.50 for HF.
These dates are only for North America. Official launch dates for Europe have not yet been determined.
