Haven collective’s new bottle shop, tasting room and specialty market, Provisions Market, recently opened its doors in Old Towne Orange in the same space that once housed Bruery Provisions. Craft beers on tap with a rotating tap list that will complement those of our neighboring Haven Gastropub. According to Managing Partner/Beverage Director, Wil Dee, Provisions will feature more than 200 bottled craft beers for retail purchase, alongside 30 rotating beers on tap.
In addition, Provisions features a broad selection of wine, for both in-house consumption and retail purchase.
Executive Chef Greg Daniels will oversee the culinary aspect of the operation, with a selection of more than 60 cheeses, charcuterie, fresh breads, deli sandwiches, open-faced “toasts,” and prepared foods such Beet and Jalapeño Pickled Deviled Eggs (see photo).“We’re focused on delivering a quality culinary selection that presents our riff on classic deli foods,” explained Chef Daniels, who oversees the kitchens at Haven Gastropub in Orange and Pasadena, as well as taco asylum in Costa Mesa. “Provisions is about community and togetherness – our market will feature retail products from local artisan partners, including Valenza Choclates, B. toffee (see photo), Blackmarket Bakery, OC Baking Company, Sidecar Doughnuts, Portola Coffee Lab, and Little Stinker Clothing. The goal is to create a true provisions’ location, where anyone can walk in and pick up a few items needed to create a proper meal.”
