Province hosts dinner with a side of yoga

Province, a restaurant focused on farm-to-table cuisine inspired by Spain, Central and South America, knows a thing or two about modern eco-living. Chef Randy Zweiban frequently hosts special guests in the gold-level, LEED-certified building.

On March 8th and 9th, diners will have the chance to take 'healthy eating' to a new level when guest David Romanelli stops by on his Yoga for Foodies national tour. As a Yahoo! wellness expert and renowned yogi, his philosophy is one of full appreciation for truly enlightening pleasures, which obviously have to include wine and chocolate!

Guests at Province begin the evening at 6 p.m. with a one hour vinyasa yoga class, led by Romanelli, where the focus will be on external body messages like taste and sound.

The dinner that follows, which includes wine pairings, is Chef Zweiban's collaborative interpretation of the yoga class, offering eco-friendly dishes from spice-seared Hawaiian tuna (with serrano chiles, sea salt and citrus yogurt) to cobia and even beef tenderloin, along with seasonal market vegetables.

And because you worked so hard for it, there will even be an uplifting chocolate parfait for dessert!
Class and dinner with wine pairings is $95 per person. Reservations are required.

Province is located at 161 North Jefferson. Call 312-669-9900
