Protecting your wiggly feet

It is important to wear protective footwear both inside and outside. The skin on your feet is very tough and may become very dry.

I spoke to a Woman in Toronto who says she walks around the house in her bare feet all the time. She says her feet are very rough and the skin on her feet is very dry, so dry that if she has an itch on her calf, she can just itch it with the bottom of her heel because it will scratch her leg. She wants to improve the skin on her feet and have a nice moist texture instead of a rough itchy scratchy texture on her heel.

It is all about moisturizing. You have to moisturize those wiggly toes and heels as soon as you dry them when coming out of the shower. Try to keep them moisturized throughout the day. Wear socks and slippers in your household, apartment or condo. This will improve the dryness and help you to have nice soft feet.
