Prosecutor to seek death penalty against Kyle Flack for four murders

The prosecutor in the Kyle Flack capital murder trial has filed a motion with the court revealing that he intends to seek the death penalty. Flack will go on trial for the murder of four people one of which was an 18 month-old little girl. At his arraignment on Tuesday, April 22, District Judge Eric Godderz entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Flack.

Flack, 28, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Andrew Stout, 30, and Steven White, 31. Flack was also charged with capital murder in the deaths of Kaylie Bailey, 21, and her daughter, Lana-Leigh Bailey, 18 months.

Franklin County prosecutor Stephen Hunting is seeking the death penalty for the horrific deaths of Bailey and her daughter, Lana-Leigh. The four people were shot to death last year on a rural farm in Kansas. Their time of death was listed as late April or early May.
