Prosecutor: Illegal alien's child victim was 'a punching bag and sexual outlet'

Few cases demonstrate the culture of child exploitation being imported to this country by way of illegal immigration, as clearly and as painfully as does the one against Fredy Sandoval Diaz...

In October, Diaz was convicted of four counts of first-degree rape and four counts of second-degree-rape, in Clackamas County Circuit in Oregon.

The rapes took place over a period of four years, beginning when one of the victims was only 10-years-old.

Diaz raped the other girl when she was 12.

The girls, along with Diaz lived in what was described as a 'multifamily household of migrant workers.'

In addition to the molestations, Diaz would often beat the youngest girl's mother in front of her.

Prosecutor Christine Landers told Judge Eve Miller:

The impact on these two girls is impossible to articulate in any meaningful way. He cannot understand that what he did were violent assaults on 12- and 13-year-old girls."

And, Diaz proved Landers correct when he was allowed to make a statement prior to sentencing...

"I was an aggressor, but I was not a rapist," said Diaz.

The Oregonian reported:

Sandoval's main victim, shaking with emotion as she made her statement to Miller, said Sandoval's constant and brutal attacks left her friendless, isolated and depressed.

She lost self-esteem. She burned herself with a cigarette lighter. She considered suicide but decided against it because she did not want to cause her family further pain.

Diaz was sentenced to 29 years in prison.

The most troubling and telling reason behind the growing epidemic of child molestation at the hands of illegal aliens, may lie in the fact the age of sexual consent throughout the majority of Mexico is 12 years of age.

Article 261 of Mexico's Federal Criminal Code states:

”Whoever, without the purpose of reaching copulation, performs a sexual act on a person under 12 or on a person that has no capacity of understanding the meaning of the act or that for any reason cannot resist, or demands that the act is performed, will be punished with a term of 2 to 5 years in prison.”
