This video released yesterday from the Los Angeles Superior Court shows Anna Nicole Smith who seems out of sorts, and drugged. The prosecution states that the video shows that Smith’s boyfriend Howard K. Stern was drugging her, and kept her in “a drug induced stupor.”
The video was shot in 2006 at a birthday party for nine-year-old Riley Shelley, a friend’s daughter. In the video below, the nine-year-old tries to determine if Smith is playing or really drugged.
Howard K. Stern and Smith’s doctors are being charged with Anna Nicole Smith’s death. Stern stated that Smith is acting in the video.
Anna Nicole Smith attended the 2002 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

I don't think we needed the video to show that Stern knew Anna was drugged. I think the fact that he had prescription drugs issued in his name for Anna's use would be proof enough of that! What a slimeball!
I'm with the above--this is just confirmation that he is a vile human being who cared more about the money he could get from her than about her health and well-being.
Of course he knew she was drugged- it's more of a question if he provided her with the drgs...and as Belicoso said, if he got her drugs in his name. Clearly he is a toxic person- but the question remains- why would he do this? I'm just speculating, but does anyone else think it is a controll issue? Just like when he was encouraging her to push that frivolous Marshall v. Marshall suit (which he continues to this day- despite the fact that she is dead)- he has to be able to use her "celebrity" capital for his own purposes, and essential to that is keeping her completely under his control. Thoughts?
