Real estate licensees have the legal right to choose the different types of Agency and Non Agency relationships they want to offer and practice. Home buyers and home sellers also have the legal right to choose the different types of Agency and Non Agency relationships they want performed on their behalf. This legal right to choose must be respected and not criticized because criticism could lead to immoral, unethical, and illegal conduct on the part of the person criticizing.
