According to a Magic Arcana entry by Monty Ashley on Wizards.com, issue number three of four from IDW's Magic: the Gathering comic book series will feature an alternate art promotional Electrolyze.

Electrolyze deals 2 damage divided as you choose among one or two target creatures and/or players.

Electrolyze can be a very powerful card. When played correctly, it is usually a two for one spell in your favor. In rare instances, it can also be a three for one. Now that's card advantage!
Originally printed in Guildpact, this isn't the first time that Electrolyze has been reprinted. Electrolyze was distributed as an extended art promo for State Championships in 2006. Electrolyze was also reprinted in the Commander decks last summer.
Issue number three of IDW's Magic: the Gathering comic book series is written by Matt Forbeck (The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying Game, Amortals, The Marvel Encyclopedia), and continues the story of a brand new planeswalker Dack Fayden.
Issue three has 32 pages and will retail for an MSRP of $3.99. It features art by Martín Cóccolo with a cover by Christopher Moeller. There will also be a variant cover drawn by Tyler Walpole.
The new IDW Magic: the Gathering comic will be available digitally.
Issue one of IDW's Magic: the Gathering comic book series features an exclusive alternate-art Treasure Hunt, while issue two will have a Faithless Looting.
