Created out of frustration 10 years ago, Michael-John D'Alessio was tired of lack luster performances from his previous employer due to company restrictions. He decided to venture out and assemble his own marketing company that would create both a concept development team as well as a construction and promotional players. With sleeves shirts rolled up, the Promo Guys embarked on tailoring to the needs and demands of its vendors in order to compete with other marketing groups while working within budget and vendor's satisfaction.
