Since expanding the ProjectNOLA non-profit crime camera system, additional communities are now benefiting from the New Orleans crime camera program. In the Hollygrove neighborhood alone, ProjectNOLA observed a decrease in crime where the camera were present in just a three-week period.

ProjectNOLA's crime camera program utilizes an HD camera that is placed on a participant's home or business and in the event of a crime the video may be used by law enforcement. Participants who host a crime camera may also view and record their ProjectNOLA camera's video feed as well.

To learn more about crime abatement programs including incorporating the crime camera system into your community please call ProjectNOLA at (504) 298-9117, or click here to visit their website.
