On last night’s episode of Project Runway, the teams were given the challenge of creating two outfits for Heidi Klum, which she would wear on her design and ad campaign for her new perfume fragrance “Surprise”, and a second one for her press release; they were given a day for this challenge.
Team Keeping It Real created some fabulous looks that once again not only impressed the judges and viewers but as well gave them another victory, with Layana Aguilar and Kate Pankoke winning for the design and ad campaign, and Daniel Esquivel winning for the press release events.
The Dream Team again was at the bottom and the three lowest scores went to Matthew Arthur, Benjamin Mach and Cindy Marlatt. This team lacks cohesiveness and the ability to understand each of its members and thus allow them to produce garments that will put them in the running for first place. Instead week after week they fail in their attempts to win, because despite being in a team they are working as individuals and Cindy Marlatt was sent home.
Project Runway runs on Thursday night at 9:00 p.m. eastern on Lifetime, this season a new twist has been thrown in the competition that has challenged the designers in a different way compared to previous seasons, and if future episodes resemble the past weeks then team Keeping It Real will be battling it out to the end.
