Southern Humanitarian Disaster: Collateral Damage for Full Spectrum Dominance

This past week's monster southern storm, including a Category EF5 tornado, took 345 lives and injured over 1,700 people. Thousands became homeless, hundreds of thousands who still have homes live without power, towns were wiped off the map, and historic flooding could cause tens of thousands more evacuees. There are signs that the region was strategically hit with a false flag to further the Full Spectrum Dominance military agenda.

Today, Florida residents report low-flying helicopters flying out of Florida heading toward the Mighty Mississippi. FEMA has 50,000 trainees on site in the New Madrid Seismic Zone, fulfilling a planned "training" with military and others officials. On April 22, Dupré reported, "FEMA has planned a national level exercise this month, 'preparing our nation for a catastrophic earthquake.' Quietly in early April, the Department of Defense (DoD) was trying to negotiate with state governors to accept troops on the ground in their respective states, in case of "natural disasters." President Obama then signed a Memorandum to the DoD, authorizing what it wanted, US troops for disaster. And then? Only days before the deadly attack on the south, a cloud seeding operation was executed in Texas - starting point of the deadly storms that headed from there to the east and northeast, bringing immediate death and destruction, plus Fukushima and Gulf radiation onto croplands that might survive the flooding, and onto the people. Sunday, the Army Corps of Engineers laid explosives to blow-up a levee, against voice of the people in what has been dubbed "Project Flood."

Collateral damage tally from the 45 tornados that hit the 7 southern states is increasing as the humanitarian crisis grows daily as heavy rains flood the devastated area. ABC News reports that Alabama was hardest hit with 1,700 people injured and the official state death toll, 248.

After at least one storm recorded as an EF5 that meteorologist James LaDue at Warning Decision Training Branch said is worse than a hurricane in terms of damage potential and equals the March 11 tsunami that struck Japan. (ABC)

Full Spectrum Dominance

Upon visiting the attacked southern communities this week, President Obama said he had "never seen destruction like this before" and others said areas of the south looks like a "war zone" according to ABC.

"America's obsession with militarism includes the homeland with an array of post-9/11 police state laws destroying constitutional checks and balances and Bill of Rights protections," writes Stephen Lendman in his review of F. William Engdahl's book, "Full Spectrum Dominance: Totalitarian Democracy in the New World Order."

Furthering Full Spectrum Dominance from the Gulf of Mexico operation, the "Pentagon ordered 20,000 combat troops deployed inside the country by 2011," Lendman writes, adding that the Bush administration had "funded FEMA with hundreds of millions of dollars to retrofit former military bases and construct other facilities as detention camps.:

"Currently, over 800 are in every state, ready if ordered, with enough capacity for many tens of thousands of internees... They're concentration camps for dissidents or others targeted by order of the president or others he directs... National Guard forces will be employed, and local police have been militarized to work cooperatively with the Pentagon to achieve police state enforcement on the pretext of 'respond(ing) to a nuclear terrorist attack or other domestic catastrophe.'"

Lendman called Americans to address the nation's militarization threatening "fast disappearing civil liberties" and thus, passively allowing the Pentagon to create, as he called it, a "the nation [that] is isn't safe or fit to live in."

"That's where we're heading without a hint from Big Media," he says. But could such a thing really happen in the U.S.? With a citizenry manipulated to believe that ordinary people -- and too many of them -- are the main cause of Global warming, environmentalists avoiding the military cause of environmental destruction, and applied new weaponry, the stage is set for what Lendman calls "Police State America."

ENMOD for non-conventional wars

In one year alone after 911, the US spent billions of dollars on new advanced weapons systems according to the 2002 book, "War and Globalization: The Truth Behind September 11", by Professor Michel Chossudovsky who stated that those weapons inlcuded "instruments of weather and climatic warfare under the High Altitude Auroral Research Program (HAARP)." (Emphasis added)

According to Prof. Chossudovsky, weather and climate weapons can destabilize "entire national economies through climatic manipulations, without knowledge of the enemy, at minimal cost, and without engaging military personnel and equipment as in a conventional war." He highlights the underlying objective detailed in the U.S. Space Command document released in 1998, "Vision for 2020" that is "dominating the space dimension of military operations to protect U.S. interests and investment...."

"The emerging synergy of space superiority with land, sea and air superiority will lead to Vision 2020's aim for Full Spectrum Dominance."

Rosalind Peterson recently stated her belief that the Pentagon is ahead of schedule of its 2020 goal.

Recognizing that heavy rains and flooding weigh down seismic faults and can trigger quakes, plus that weather modification is in use in the United States, some residents in the New Madrid vicinity are feeling jittery. ("Expert: Blowing up levee and huge HAARP shifts threaten New Madrid") Are fears about technologically triggering the New Madrid big one justified?

A geoengineered "cloud seeding operation," was conducted April 24, only three days before the monster storm struck according to the a website for West Texas Weather Modification that reported:

"April 24, 2011: Seeding operations were conducted over Crockett (2) County. 2 flares were burned within 1 small cell. A retreating dryline late in the afternoon helped to promote a small cloud. On December 6, 2009, Dupré wrote about the released declassification of British government papers from the National Archives that revealed both the US, which led the field, and the Soviet Union had secret military programmes with the goal of controlling the world's climate.

'By the year 2025 the United States will own the weather,' one scientist is said to have boasted...

These claims are dismissed by sceptics as wild conspiracy theories and the stuff of James Bond movies but there is growing evidence that the boundaries between science fiction and fact are becoming increasingly blurred. The Americans now admit that they invested L12million over five years during the Vietnam war on "cloud seeding" - deliberately creating heavy rainfall to wash away enemy crops and destroy supply routes on the Ho Chi Minh trail, in an operation codenamed Project Popeye.

It is claimed that rainfall was increased by a third in targeted areas, making the weather-manipulation weapon a success. At the time, government officials said the region was prone to heavy rain." Weather modification and environmental warfare resulted in a Convention on the Prohibition of their use. Environmental Modification Techniques, known as ENMOD, include both:

1. "Environmental modification techniques: "any technique for changing - through deliberate manipulation of natural processes - the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space. (Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques, United Nations, Geneva: 18 May 1977); and

2. "Environmental warfare: "intentional modification or manipulation of the natural ecology, such as climate and weather, earth systems such as the ionosphere, magnetosphere, tectonic plate system, and/or the triggering of seismic events (earthquakes) to cause intentional physical, economic, and psycho-social, and physical destruction to an intended target geophysical or population location, as part of strategic or tactical war." Prof. Chossudovsky has reported, "The possibility of climatic or environmental manipulations as part of a military agenda, while formally acknowledged by official government documents and the US military, has never been considered relevant to the Climate debate. Military analysts are mute on the subject. Meteorologists are not investigating the matter, and environmentalists are strung on global warming and the Kyoto protocol." DOD planned military presence in region

A false flag operation is a "covert operations designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities." (Wkipedia) (Many scholars have written about 911 having been a false flag operation, especially since officials admitted following orders to lie in their "official" 911 investigation report.)

The military, specifically US Northern Command (NORTHCOM), is overseeing the Gulf Operation, evidenced as a false flag operation to further Full Spectrum Dominance, including depopulation according to top ex-oil executive Ian Crane. Nearly one year after the Gulf Operation was being publicly conducted and the US military seized control of the Gulf of Mexico, on April 6, 2011, NORTHCOM revealed that the Department of Defense (DoD) was "negotiating with state governors to set rules for more extensive use of the US military during a national disaster, including the activation of Army Reserves," according to HSToday.US. (HS Today.US is sponsored by General Dynamics.) Mickey McCarter for HSToday.US reported on April 6:

"DoD has the authority to activate the Reserves on an involuntary basis, said US Navy Adm. James 'Sandy' Winnefeld, the NORTHCOM commander during a hearing of the Senate Armed Services Committee, but state governors have resisted the notion in the past as they like to maintain control of armed forces operating within their states during a disaster.

'[T]here has been some historical friction between the state governments and the federal government regarding command and control of military forces inside a state in the wake of a disaster,' Winnefeld testified. 'Understandably, the state governors would like to have control, because they are sovereign states, and also understandably, the federal government believes it has a vested interest in -- in federal forces being used legally, ethically, safely and cost-effectively.'"

Winnfield said that NORTHCOM has already "trained 31 National Guardsmen in 31 states to serve as dual-status Joint Task Force Commanders to prepare for the eventuality of standing up the new response structure. (McCarter) He made four other poignant statements clarifying, come hell or high water and regardless of collateral damage, Americans will be under military-police rule for Full Spectrum Dominance:

1. "The combatant command will train another 23 [National Guardsmen], representing the remaining states and territories and the District of Columbia by the end of this summer." (Emphasis added)

2. "The only thing we're really waiting for is the fact that there has to be a memorandum of agreement between the affected state and the federal government."

3. "We're trying to get those memoranda done in advance of a disaster so that we can turn on a dime. When a disaster occurs, the president and the governor can agree that a dual status commander is appropriate, and we believe that normally will be appropriate, and then off we go.”

4. “... [W]'re doing what we can within the resources we have to support our law enforcement partners as best we can within the limits of the law for the use of military forces within the United States."

On April 14, Obama signed a Memorandum for the Secretary of Defense for the Secretary to:

1. "... permit a commissioned officer of the Regular Army or Regular Air Force to accept a commission in the Army National Guard or the Air National Guard, as the case may be, terminable at your discretion," and

2. "... authorize the service of an officer of the Army National Guard or the Air National Guard on active duty without relieving that officer from duty in the National Guard of his or her State, or of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the United States Virgin Islands, or the District of Columbia and to give such authorization in advance for the purpose of establishing the succession of command of a unit."

There are signs that a "disaster" has been created and now unfolds before Mother Earth's weeping eyes. To blame her or her innocent children would be naive and unfair.
