Congressman Bill Posey is serving his first term as Florida's 15th district representative. Florida's 15th District covers most of south Brevard County, Indian River County, most of Osceola County, and a small portion of Northern Polk County. Bill Posey was elected in the 2008 general elections, when Posey won with 53% of the vote, compared to Democrat candidate Stephen Blythe, his closest challenger, who had 11% of the overall vote.
