Professor Xavier's wheel chairs from 'X-Men: Days of Future Past'

According to Cinema Blend on Feb. 18, director of "X-Men: Days of Future Past", Bryan Singer, recently tweeted, "Hello old friends". This was followed up by Singer posting a picture of Charles Xavier's two wheel chairs.

Singer subtly quoted one of the "X-Men" movies where Magneto is attempting to sneak out of a press conference and Xavier follows him out. It was there where Eric referred to Charles as "old friend". Of course, it can be literally taken as such, because they were once very good friends as seen in "X-Men First Class". It was then they had come to discover each other for the first time. They even faced Wolverine together which resulted in them turning tail and heading the other direction. Facing fear together is indeed a sign of true friendship.

Unfortunately, it was their bitter evolving differences that came to pass where human behavior, involving the inability to accept those who are different, kept proving Magneto's point time and time again.

Though it looks like a scene from "Office Space", Peter Gibbons won't be in the movie. So it looks like Professor X won't be able to help him snap out of his hypnotic trance. A cross over like that would be unlikely. That being said, to differentiate the two chairs, the one of the left is the wheel chair used by Patrick Stewart and the one in the right by James McAvoy.

Considering that both of the time lines will be clashing, it appears that the future and present chairs will be meeting each other, too.
