College friends, Crystal Milton and Megan Ford, made what some would call, a career  out of attending social events around the City of Houston. Dressing to kill and being the life of the party was not an easy job, but these two beauties made it look easy. It became a running joke around the University of Houston that they were Professional Socialites. But two driven young women turned this joke into no laughing matter. Honing in on their public relations and marketing education while utilizing their natural ability to connect with people, Professional Socialites was born!  These social butterflies have now transformed into full fledged business women. Crystal and Megan manage to run a chic and successful business while looking beautiful at the same time. The Examiner wanted to know what their secrets were. How do these "Beauties in Business" stay so beautiful? We asked both Crystal and Megan a few questions, to tap into their beauty portfolio. - What are your favorite or must have beauty products?

- What is your beauty regime? (Granola - simple and chic or Glamour - fab and dramatic?)
I would consider my beauty regime to be  Glamorous Granola. The day determines the style but it's always Simply Fab!

- What beautiful woman are you inspired by most?
I am most inspired by Audrey Hepburn because of her classic beauty on and off screen. She was true to herself and comfortable in her own skin. That is true beauty to me!

-What is your favorite or must have beauty product(s)? Anything MAC! Especially Fix+. It sets my make-up really well. Also, AMBI face wash. I don't have the best skin, but AMBI always makes my skin feel softer and look clearer. http://www.maccosmetics.com

- What is your beauty regimen? (Granola - simple and chic or Glamour - fab and dramatic?) On days where I'm just doing day-to-day errands I'm ultra-granola! Clear lip gloss and black liner under my eyes (so I won't look like death warmed over). When I'm out being a "socialite", I'm very glam. I'm a big fan of dramatic eyes since I think they're my best facial feature.

- What beautiful woman are you inspired by most? This sounds cliche, but my daughter! She's in kindergarten, but she is so ahead of her time. She'll pull out my makeup and do a full face perfectly. She's not afraid to try different colors and methods (aren't we all fearless at that age?) and that amazes me.
