“I was going crazy buying these high-fashion, high-demand overpriced bags because I thought if it costs this much, it must be great,” Lok explained. “However, there was no room to pack anything because of the way the pockets were designed. Plus, my husband wouldn’t use them because they looked, well, ‘girly’.”

The frustrated mom from Fresh Meadow, NY, managed to find time between feedings and playdates to design a multifunctional bag that acted as more than just a diaper bag. The miriyaLOK bag is named after her daughter. Lok noted, “The bag expands easily, is gender neutral, and is designed to grow with you as your family’s needs evolve.”

The bag converts to a backpack with straps that fold into the back pocket when not in use. In addition, the black bag appeals to stylish moms seeking a bag that easily matches many outfits. Practical moms will appreciate its durable material and unique features.
