Grammy award-winning producer Myron Butler ( Kirk Franklin, Tamela Mann, Marvin Sapp) and powerhouse producer Bruce Robinson, Jr. (Fantasia, Justin Bieber, Bobby V.) has teamed up with award winning rising group The Showers for one of the most anticipated projects of 2013. The Showers is slated to release their yet-titled sophomore project later this year and will feature a guest appearance from former Men of Standard member and Stellar award-winning artist Lowell Pye. Their debut radio single, “Praise Your Way Through” will hit gospel radio in March.
The Showers is a collection of siblings from Louisana that includes 6 women and 4 men Regina Showers -Gordon, Rev. Bobby Showers Jr., Angela Latrell Showers, Timothy O'Neal Showers, Titus Showers Sr, Tiffany Showers- Pines, Ciara Renee Showers, Tabitha Showers- Tillis, Melody Ralean Showers, and Thaddeus James Showers.
The Showers sold several thousand units from their 2009 debut project " Hear My Prayer" and also made The Rejoice Musical Soul Food radio playlist. Their debut project garnered them an En-Sound Music Award for “Best Traditional CD of The Year” and a 2011 Rhythm of Gospel Award for Best Traditional Song of The Year for their single "Jesus You Died.”
