Producers Guild Nominees For Best Theatrical Motion Picture of 2012

In a sudden move, The Producers Guild of America has opted to announce their nominees for Best Producer of the Year in Theatrical Motion Pictures a day earlier than originally scheduled. In the list of ten nominees, we mostly have the expected top contenders like "Les Misérables," "Argo," and "Lincoln," but we also got a rather big surprise with the nomination of the latest James Bond outing, "Skyfall."

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the PGA's annual awards, their pick for this award is usual an excellent indicator for what will go on to win Best Picture at the Oscars, with two out of three choices doing just that. In fact, they've managed to predict the last five in a row.

The winner will be announced on January 26th, so be sure to check back.
