Below is this week’s pro wrestling Q & A here on Examiner.com. If you would like to ask a question, feel free to send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are we headed to a screw job ending at the 2013 WWE TLC when John Cena and Randy Orton battle with both the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships on the line?
After a number of screwy finishes on WWE pay per views this year, I would hope not. With that said, it seems that having the titles unify on a ‘B” level pay per view seems odd. We will find out for sure in just a few weeks.
With the rumors of Hulk Hogan, Goldberg, Steve Austin etc. taking part in Wrestle Mania combined with the likes of part time talents such as The Undertaker, Triple H and Brock Lesnar scheduled to compete, how many regular full time talents will get on the biggest show of the year?
This has been an issue with the past few Wrestle Mania’s but the part time names are a draw (partly because they aren’t on T.V. every week) and at the end of the day, Mania needs to draw.
The Warrior was a bigger draw in his prime (rivaling Hulk Hogan for the spot as ‘the guy’ for a year or two). On the other hand, Batista had a longer run at the top and was at one point the top face only behind John Cena. As far as in-ring skills go, I’d give the nod to Batista. All things considered, I’d go with Batista.
