Pro Wrestling Ohio owner and promoter Walter Klasinski Jr. was arrested in December and charged with rape, sexual battery and kidnapping. Klasinski is a longtime Cleveland area promoter running the successful Pro Wrestling Ohio promotion featuring his step-son and Dragon Gate USA star Johnny Gargano. Gargano just recently won the Dragon Gate USA Championship and has been on the radar of the WWE.
Pro Wrestling Ohio has brached out recently in offering iPPV and also helped launch the career of Gregory Iron who has been in the media lately after a mention by WWE SuperStar CM Punk.
There is no word on the immediate impact the arrest of Klasinski will have on PWO and I will have more on the story as it becomes available.
UPDATE: Walt Klasinski had his home foreclosed on last year which adds to his legal woes and there and unconfirmed reports that he has plead guilty to the charges that have been brought against him. I did reach out to two major PWO stars for comment but they have declined to make a statement. I will provide further updates as the news warrants...
