Sharfman's list if full of creatures that provide you with card advantage. Augur of Bolas can dig for early answers like Searing Spear or a late game Sphinx's Revelation. Snapcaster Mage allows you to replay your spells and Restoration Angel lets you do it all again.
The deck packs an infinite life combo with Boros Reckoner. It works by giving it lifelink with Azorius Charm, and making it indestructible with Boros Charm. You'll need a source of damage, such as an opponent's blocker or casting one of your burn spells like Searing Spear on Boros Reckoner to begin the loop. Because Boros Reckoner can target itself, you'll simply have it keep dealing damage over and over again until you've gained amazing amount of life.
