With Vice President Joe Biden’s comments that his task force would consider combating gun violence through executive orders, pro-gun extremists went ballistic. CEO of Tenneess-based Tactical Response which is a firearms training company delivered his own threats via YouTube.
CEO James Yeager said in an YouTube video that any action taken by the White House on gun control would “spark a civil war.” Yeager also stated if gun violence prevention goes any further he’d “start killing people.”
In the original video, before it was replaced with an edited version, Yeager said, “I’m telling you that if that happens, it’s going to spark a civil war, and I’ll be glad to fire the first shot. I’m not putting up with it.”
“You shouldn’t put up with it. And I need all you patriots to start thinking about what you’re going to do, load your d*mn mags, make sure you’re rifle’s clean, pack a backpack with some food in it and get ready to fight.”
“I’m not f**king putting up with this. I’m not letting my country be ruled by a dictator. I’m not letting anybody take my guns! If it goes one inch further, I’m going to start killing people.”
The ever outspoken NRA board member, Ted Nugent made statements claiming that the true victims are the gun owners. He even compare gun owners to Rosa Parks.
