Genie K. of Valdosta, Ga. joined seven other $250 dollar winners (and two $1,000 dollar winners) because they were Facebook page fans of the direct marketing and sweepstakes company at the time Publishers hit the coveted one million fans on Facebook mark.
Other state winners who won $250 from Publishers Clearing House for this event included Elizabeth S. of West Seneca, NY; Charles L of Houma, LA; Cheryl P. of Saucier, MS; Bettie O of Keller, TX; Roseanna L of Centerville, IN; Cynthia M. of Jacksonville, AL, and Ryan R. of Flagstaff, AZ.
The two $1,000 winners of the "Thanks A Million" sweepstakes are Dorothy M. of Cincinnati, OH and Elaine D. of Hawesville, KY.
The merchandise and magazine subscription selling business held a $25,000 "Cash Extravaganza" sweepstakes this month as well, promising to give away $1,000 each to 10 of their online website participants and $15,000 to a grand prize winner. But the grand prize winner, Donald P. of Maybank, TX just happened to be a PCH Facebook SuperFan, which means he is eligible to win double any cash awards made to him in the range of $10,000 to $1 million dollars. So his $15,000 win turned into a $30,000 cash prize instead.
Georgia was not among the winning states during the cash extravaganza giveaway, unfortunately. But here's a list of the winning PCH game players (and their states) who did take home cash this time: Barbara R. of California, PA ; Ronald L of Randolph, VT; Ronald H of Hanover, PA; Jerome H of Naperville, IL; Alan A of Tuscon, AZ; Larry B of Toledo, OH; Joan L of Potts Camp, MS; Chanel G of Cleveland, OH; Kerry W of Newport News, VA and Rhonda P of Visalia, CA.
Georgians still have time to enter a number of Publisher Clearing House sweepstakes opportunities this year, including their $1 million a year forever prize, which will take entries up until Feb. 20.
