The newly acclaimed pop star and former Miss World, Priyanka Chopra has collaborated with the ice cream company, Baskin Robbins to promote and celebrate her new single, "Exotic," reports The Times of India on Oct. 16.
"Exotic" is the lead song from Priyanka Chopra's untitled debut album. Released on 9 July 2013 and produced by RedOne, it features the American rapper Pitbull. The song has garnered more than 15 million views on YouTube and was selected as the official theme song of Guinness International Champion Cup 2013.
To commemorate her success, the flavor of the ice cream will be called "Peel N'Cream Exotic" and will be sold in all Baskin Robbins' stores in India. In addition, as a part of the collaboration, a contest has been organized, wherein Priyanka Chopra will meet the winners in Mumbai. The CDs of “Exotic” will also be sold at select Baskin Robbins outlets.
Commenting on this unique opportunity, Priyanka Chopra said,"I love to try new things...to push the boundaries in everything I do and my `music' is one such initiative. I am super exited and feel so blessed that "Exotic" has been so loved and well received.
In keeping with the theme of being different, I wanted to try something new while deciding what the new 'Exotic' Flavor would be at Baskin Robbins. Try it... I'm sure you'll love it! You know what they say... a scoop (or tub) of ice cream can make all your troubles go away.”
