Prince George walking: Kate Middleton wants walking toddler to learn to sail

Prince George is walking! The news came when Kate Middleton met Sir Ben Ainslie, a sailor, who offered to take her and her son out on his boat. According to People Magazine, Kate revealed that her son -- who will be one next month -- is already up on two feet and walking around the palace!

Kate was talking to Sir Ainslie about how she would like her son to learn to sail when he's a bit older (like around age 7). In the process of talking about her handsome little boy, the Duchess of Cambridge mentioned that he is now walking; he is growing up so fast. That means Kate and her husband, Prince William, have their hands full -- just wait until little George starts running!

Aside from the Prince George walking news, Ainslie also shared the following:

"The Duchess was very keen, but not for a couple of years yet – when he's about 7 or 8, but we'd love to get the Duchess sailing sooner. She's very keen and of course we'd love to get her out on the water – she doesn't get to do it much now."

Kate and William have dressed their son in nautical themed clothing for much of his life. Kate Middleton has always loved the ocean and being on the water, so wanting her little boy to love it too is no surprise at all.
