Prince Fielder may not be the first name you think of when it comes to someone posing in the buff, but ESPN has persuaded him to do so. According to CBS Detroit report on July 8, Fielder along with several other athletes including medal-winning Paralympian and Dancing with the Stars contestant Amy Purdy, NFL star for the Super Champion Seattle Seahawks Marshawn Lynch and tennis sensation Venus Williams have all decided to shed their clothes and show the fans what they got!

The announcement earlier today that Fielder was in this year's ESPN Body Issue seemed to have come as a big surprise to many fans, but Fielder seems to be very comfortable with his decision to take up ESPN on their offer to pose in the 2014 edition of the annual spread. Prince knows he is a bigger guy than most athletes, but that doesn't mean he isn't in shape.

"Just because you're big doesn't mean you can't be an athlete," Fielder told ESPN. "And just because you work out doesn't mean you're going to have a 12-pack."

"Obviously, I'm a big guy. But I also need to feed myself with the right things," he said. "I have a chef now, so it's definitely easier to make sure that I'm getting full off of the right foods. If I don't stay on it, it can get out of control."

Prince has always received criticism about his size during his career, but aside from this season, Fielder has always put up monster size stats. Another athlete that will have fans turning their head is Paralympics runner Amy Purdy.

Purdy is a world-class snowboarder who took home a Bronze Medal at the 2014 Paralympic Games. However this girl isn't just good on the snowboard - she is good at just about everything she does! A professional motivational speaker, author, clothing designer and dancer their is no challenge she won't turn down, including posing nude for ESPN!

Below is a look at the entire list of athletes that will be in the 2014 edition of ESPN's Body Issue. The magazine will hit the news stands across the globe on July 11. Which athlete is most intriguing to you on the ESPN list?
