The "Price is Right" lawsuit has been talked about by millions. Brandi Cochran won around $8.5 million but she has now lost that money back. On March 12, E! Online reported that even though a jury decided she should get the money she will not get to keep it.
She was not allowed to return to her job after going on maternity leave. The judge is saying that the jury was not instructed correctly on the law and that they could have made another choice if they understood it all.
Now they will have to go back to court and start over. On March 22, Brandi Cochran will fight again for her money and her lawyer hopes that she will win as much money or even more, but it is unknown what will happen. The defense attorney is very happy with the decision to go back again and have a retrial.
