Pete Cozy (Eric Mabius) loves his wife Sara Biltmore-Cozy (Annie Parisse) and his son Henry (Finn Donoghue), but, he doesn't have much time for them anymore, thanks to new supervisor Susan Felders (Parker Posey).
Susan asserts herself into the lives of the Cozy's, while offering Pete the office of Vice President and doubling his $40 a year salary.
Is it worth it? Is the money worth all of the stress?
It's all a moot point once Susan discovers that Pete never graduated from Dartmouth because she fires him.
Lila: She fired Tony.
Pete: Because, I don't want to do this my entire life.
Pete: Do you know of anyone else who might be hiring?
Pete: I didn't graduate.
Sara: We have a child and I am pregnant.
Sara: What are we going to live off?
Sara: What kind of job?
Susan: Basically, if I took over here, I could do anything I wanted.
Susan: Firing people sucks.
Susan: I'll do most of the talking. You take care of the numbers.
Susan: I'm sorry. I raised my voice. I'm sorry.
Susan: We are gonna change that. Starting here. Right now. In this room.
Susan: We are losing sales.
Susan: You be honest with me and I'll be honest with you.
Susan: You like that, huh? It's part of my costume.
Tony: I hated this place anyway.
