Few times has there been as much hype as this year's Razorback offense. With the return of Ryan Mallett, his top three receivers, and the top two running backs along with a veteran offensive line, the Hogs are shaping up to be more explosive than they were a year ago.
Due to injury last year, the secondary became a more experienced group. The defensive line will have to replace Malcolm Sheppard and Adrian Davis, but Jerry Franklin returns as the tackling-machine at middle linebacker. This defense looks to be an improved one for 2010.
The Hogs hope to improve the punt return and continue with its recent kick off return success. The Hogs' Alex Tejada has one more chance to prove he was the star that signed out of Springdale four years ago.
The Hogs get Alabama and Georgia during September making for a very important month.
The Razorbacks play Texas A * M in the Southwest Classic before settling in to a SEC conference schedule. How will the Hogs exit October? Will they be in position to play for the SEC West title?
November is where it all comes together for the Razorbacks. Sandwiched between the most important month in the season is a date with Trevor Vittatoe and the UTEP Miners. The Hogs will finish with LSU in Little Rock.
