Part 1 Establishing Fitness Goals
You are on your way! But, on your way to where?
Identifying your specific fitness target will help you remain actively focused on your way. A clearly defined fitness plan serves as a road map to your destination. Without this map you may be prone to indifference toward achieving your fitness dream. It is important that you know where you want to go.
In mapping out her way in Wonderland, Alice sought counsel from the Cat.
“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?” said Alice
“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the Cat.
“I don’t much care where-“ said Alice.
“Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the Cat.
