At the tail end of “Save Henry” on “Once Upon A Time,” Peter Pan managed to swap bodies with Henry. So when Mr. Gold captured Pan and stuffed him into Pandora’s Box, it was really Henry he put in there. Now in the promo for “The New Neverland” which will air next Sunday, Dec. 8, we will hopefully see how that gets resolved. Here’s what Wetpaint had to say in their Dec. 1 report based on the promo which accompanies this article.
The rescue party arrives back in Storybrooke to what looks like a hero’s welcome. It looks as if Emma is among the first to realize that Henry just isn’t himself since returning from Neverland. This is followed by what is certain to be an interesting seen where the physical embodiment of Pan – apparently now released from the box – calls Emma ‘mom’ and tries to convince her he is really Henry.
The homecoming will apparently be marred by the centuries old feud between The Evil Queen and The Charmings. We see in flashbacks that the Evil Queen is renewing her threats to make their lives miserable.
We’re certainly looking forward to how this whole Peter Pan thing resolves itself. How will Henry and Pan get back in the right bodies? What will the town do about Pan? Will Mr. Gold have to deal with his dad himself?
Tune in next week for the next chapter of “Once Upon A Time” and check back often for news, updates and spoilers as they become available.
