The "Nowhere Boy" DVD and Blu-ray finally hits the streets in the U.S. on Jan. 25. The film has been a major topic of discussion among Beatles fans even before it opened here in the States.
We've written about it several times in the past. (See links below.) Our short review of the film is that though it takes some dramatic liberties (as do most films) that will probably irk some people (such as having Julia Baird and her sister in Liverpool for their mother's funeral when they weren't there at all), as a film it tells a pretty good story, especially around the creation of the Beatles.
