Preview dinner held at Arcade Midtown Kitchen to benefit ChildSafe (Photos)

The list of restaurants at the Pearl Brewery keeps growing and this week Arcade Midtown Kitchen officially opened for business. On Tuesday night there was an exclusive preview dinner to allow diners to sample their unique Americana cuisine.

Once seated, visitors were greeted by a server who promptly brought the menus and offered something to drink. Once the drinks were served the food started coming and there was plenty of it. Some of the dishes being sampled included Chile & Lime Calamari, P.E.I Mussels with Chorizo, Chipotle Shrimp & Seared Pineapple and Lobster Soft Tacos. The food and drinks were complimentary with a donation to ChildSafe, a local organization dedicated to helping children who are the victims of abuse.

One of San Antonio’s newest culinary hot spot fits perfectly in the Pearl Brewery’s hip surroundings. The dimly lit atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a romantic night out or any other celebration. Waiting to greet visitors is an open bar that’s also accessible through the outside. The kitchen emphasizes the all access feel to the place because it is in full view of visitors where they can see all the action.
