Pretty shepherd puppy in danger at overcrowded animal control in Missouri

Update 2/7/13: Shortly after publication, notice posted that this girl is safe and going to rescue!

An adorable German shepherd mix pup, estimated at just 12-months of age, is in grave danger in Boonville, Mo..

She was picked up as a stray days ago and taken to the local animal control facility, which sadly, is small, and full.

In two days, unless someone adopts or rescues her, she will be put down.

This sweet girl is described as "very sweet and friendly and just a big playful pup." From all accounts, she is good with other dogs and people.

What she needs is a chance.

A chance to be someone's best friend.

A chance to be someone's favorite walking partner.

A chance to let the wind blow through her fur as she screams through a field in pursuit of a ball.

A chance to live.

Please share this dog's information before it is too late. Thank you.
