Ingredients:
- 1 12-ounce package of white chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels
- 1 container of ready to spread, store-bought strawberry or cherry frosting - not whipped frosting
Directions:
- Prepare a 9x9 or 8x8 pan by lightly spraying your favorite non-stick spray or by lining the bottom of the pan with lightly sprayed aluminum foil, leaving the ends out to serve as “handles” for easy lifting.
- Pour chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave or in double –boiler over low heat on top of stove.
- Stir until chips are melted and smooth.
- When chips are melted, remove from heat and stir in container of frosting.
- Spoon or pour the fudge mixture into prepared pan.
- Cover and refrigerate until fudge is cooled and firm.
- Add decorative candies, hearts, red hots, M&Ms, sprinkles, or decorative sugars or whatever your "heart" desires!
- Feel free to add your favorite nuts, dried cranberries or shredded coconut too.
- Using pretty Valentine’s Day-themed cookie cutters, cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
- IF you happen to have any leftovers, store in airtight container.
And speaking of Valentine's Day....
