They say that men love to receive flowers – it’s just not us women who appreciate their beauty. But will men wear pink floral clothes?
Those pretty pink floral creations are by British designer Katie Eary, who just presented her Autumn/Winter 2013 Menswear collection at London Collections: MEN AW13 at The Hospital Club on January 9, 2013 in London, England.
Big, buff male models paraded on the catwalk fearlessly finessing fuchsia florals and featherlike prints, teamed with pink-soled trainers…
Of particular note is a pink and black fractal print jumper, which Eary also had a female model wear. In that regard, the pink pieces in this Katie Eary Menswear collection could easily be unisex.
But it wasn’t all about fuchsia pink and florals, there were also some cobalt blue and purple, particularly in the crab claw print against a black backdrop. Actually even Katie Eary’s pink pieces are toughened up with black!
The collection also adds a bit of glitz with a very glossy looking pink, purple, yellow and black floral fabric that is rendered into a pants suit which can be worn as separates to add interest to any ensemble.
Katie Eary also offered a preview of her Womenswear collection, such a chiffon blouse, printed slacks and even a dress.
So what do you think, fellas – does all that pink work for you? These pink pieces will be most frequently borrowed by your female significant others… Take a look for yourselves in the Katie Eary Autumn/Winter 2013 slideshow…
