'Pretty Little Liars' spoilers: Who set the shed on fire with Mona in it?

On the most recent episode of "Pretty Little Liars," fans were shocked when the shed burst into flames with Mona inside of it. The show's website posted a sneak peek clip on Jan. 10 that reveals some "Pretty Little Liars" spoilers for season 3, episode 15 to give fans some hints on what to expect next.

Fans were left wondering who set the shed on fire with Mona inside of it. Of course, she survives because there would be no point in bringing her character back if they were just going to kill her off right away. But who exactly set the fire and why?

In one of the first "Pretty Little Liars" spoilers to be revealed for season 3, episode 15 is that Mona tells the girls who might have tried to burn her alive. She says that it was Harold, who she says came to the school and was stalking her. Mona's story is that Harold was bribing the custodian and she admits that while she did talk to him once in a while, things were going too far. She reported Harold to her parents and then the school administration.

Could Harold be the one stalking Mona? Or is this just one of her schemes to make the girls believe that she is an innocent girl with a "bad man" after her? Did she create the fire in the shed to get sympathy? What are your thoughts on these "Pretty Little Liars" spoilers for season 3, episode 15?
