Before season 4 began airing, fans were wondering if Ali would have a twin on the show. After all, she did have one in the books. However, the writers and actors have stated that they are not going to give Ali a twin. But does this mean having any twins on the show is impossible?
Ezra's appearance was a bit different than what viewers were used to when he showed up in A's lair. He was wearing dark clothes, a dark jacket and a dark baseball cap. He didn't have that friendly, good guy type of look on his face or in his eyes. He seemed much more stern and focused, almost hardened.
When he walked into the room, he became enraged and reacted violently. This is not the Ezra that fans know and love. He was either angry that the girls had found the surveillance, photographs and timeline or upset that he himself was being tracked by "A." Either case would have caused someone to lose it a little bit.
One thing that executive producer Oliver Goldstick said was that there is "a bit of Jekyll-and-Hyde" going on with Ezra. Some fans think that this means he has an evil twin while others speculate that he has a split personality. But if the latter were true, wouldn't there be signs before?
Oliver Goldstick told TV Line that there is something "very real" going on with Ezra and Aria is in some very real danger. The Halloween special will not answer any real questions, but will build on Ezra's culpability of being "A." When TV Line asked if they should assume that Ezra is "A" or at least on the "A" team, Goldstick said,
"I can’t give that away, I will just say you’re really in hot territory and very close."
Now that you have read fans theories and have heard what executive producer Oliver Goldstick has to say, what do you think will be revealed about Ezra in "Pretty Little Liars" season 4B?
