Things are spinning out of control for Spencer on "Pretty Little Liars." Not only is she battling a dependency to ADHD medication, but she thinks that Ezra is "A." However, when she tried to talk to the other girls about it, they shut her out, not knowing if her facts were straight or if it was due to her drug use. On March 2, Carter Matt revealed some interesting information about season 4, episode 22 along with a sneak peek video. In the clip, it appears that Spencer is having some disturbing flashbacks.

Warning: If you do not want to know "Pretty Little Liars" season 4, episode 22 spoilers, then stop reading.

In the clip, Spencer (Troian Bellisario) is talking with her mom, who is asking her about how she is doing being away from the pills. Spencer snaps at her, then during the conversation Spencer begins to have flashbacks of her and Ali. They are not huge chunks of memories, just little pieces, but it is clear that Spencer may have tried to hurt Alison. Are these really flashbacks or are they hallucinations, brought on by withdrawing from the drugs?

This is interesting because when Spencer followed Emily, Alison was very upset about Spencer barging in. Ali has also mentioned before that not all the girls can be trusted. Spoilers during the mid-season break revealed that Spencer would have a new storyline and that Troian was very excited about it.

The upcoming episode is titled "Cover for Me" and that was what Spencer was questioning her dad about, whether he covered up her alleged crime. Could this episode answer questions or will it be another round of twists and turns?

"Pretty Little Liars" season 4, episode 22 will air on March 4.
