Aria feels completely used, betrayed and there are a lot of emotions that go along with that. Not only is she dealing with the ultimate heartbreak, but Spencer's secret addiction is now out in the open. What will happen with these two girls? The official synopsis reads,

"Emily, Hanna and Spencer are concerned for Aria as they watch their friend crumble after learning shocking news about Ezra. Not knowing what is true or what to trust, Aria goes looking for answers, not wanting to believe this revelation to be true. While concerned for Aria, Spencer is not doing so well herself. Trying to prove to her parents and Toby that she can kick the habit on her own, Spencer has to be careful because one misstep could send her to rehab. But can Spencer really rein it in, or will her constant curiosity and drive be her undoing?"

A sneak peeks shows Aria burning what appears to be Ezra's book manuscript, then in the next clip she tells Hanna that she wants him to suffer. Hanna tells her that he isn't just going to suffer, he is going to go to jail. The narrator says,

"Now they will all pay the price when one Liar goes too far."

Then Aria is seen in her room in a violent rage throwing everything, including a lamp and there are sounds of things breaking. Spencer, Hanna and Emily open the door and looking shocked, say,

"Oh my God."

Are they just reacting to her destroyed room or are they shocked at something else they see? Executive producer Oliver Goldstick says that Aria is going to lose it. According to E!Online, Goldstick said,

"Ezra beats her heart into butter, the poor thing. The one thing I’ll say is, Aria is a woman scorned. She’s really angry and she’s not going to just take it passively. I’m not saying she becomes a kettle of crazy, but she does lose it. This betrayal is in such a large scale that she acts out—and rightfully so!"

As for Spencer, her parents and Toby know about her abusing prescription stimulants. PrettyLittleLiars.us posted a sneak peek clip that reveals her parents want to send her to rehab in Philadelphia. Her suitcases are already packed, but she tries to assure them that she will kick the pills on her own. Will they agree or will Spencer be sent away? If she stays, will she really be able to kick the habit?

"Pretty Little Liars" season 4, episode 21 will air on Feb. 25.
